Services:
We provide technical services—including electrical work, hardscaping, waterproofing, MEP, and more—in the United Arab Emirates. All work will be carried out by qualified technicians in accordance with UAE regulations and industry standards.
Quotations & Payment:
- Estimates: All price quotations are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of the quote, with the balance payable on completion. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.
- Additional Costs: Unexpected works or changes in scope may incur extra charges; we will notify you before proceeding.
Scheduling & Access:
- Appointments: We’ll confirm dates and times in writing. Please ensure site access, permits, and utilities are ready.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, client delays, supply issues).
Warranties & Liability:
- Warranty: We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply separately.
- Liability: Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the value of services rendered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Client Responsibilities:
You agree to provide accurate site information, timely decisions, and safe working conditions. Any damages arising from client-supplied materials or misdirection are your responsibility.
Intellectual Property:
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, remains our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify without our written consent.
Termination:
Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice. You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any disputes will be heard in UAE courts.
